Thanks to the government support on all fronts and numerous heroic people working tirelessly on the frontline, good news keeps pouring in the ongoing battle against the novel coronavirus (2019-nCov). As the whole nation works in one heart and one mind, the situation has been turned around. Keep going and victory will be ours. In this tough battle, we see numerous medical professionals going bravely against the adverse current, and also countless construction workers, policemen, community workers, supermarket salespersons, janitors, delivery men, families of medical professionals and volunteers selflessly serving the interest of others. They are the most lovable people. With them, we firmly believe in that we will win this battle against the epidemic.

It is our mission -  - Since the onset of the epidemic, the petrochemical companies have quickly responded to the crisis, and without any hesitation, petrochemical workers have thrown themselves into this race against the 2019-nCov. Their initiative and sense of social responsibility have been acknowledged by the society.

It is our responsibility - The chemical industry supply a wide range of vital goods for winning this battle against the epidemic, thus an indispensable strong force to rely on for the country: the nucleic acid test of the 2019-nCov, disinfection of hospitals and other sites, raw materials for manufacture producing protective gowns, masks, protective goggles and face shields, infusion and injection supplies, drug packaging, and materials to build prefab houses for medical purpose, among others.

What we have done - Wherever the 2019-nCov spreads, chemical workers are there to battle. Providing resources to win this battle against the epidemic is now the top priority for the entire chemical industry, which has proved worthy of the people’s trust: even in the Chinese New Year holiday, many chemical companies worked day and night to meet the soaring demand for medical protective supplies. The petroleum and chemical industry will join other walks of society acrossChinaand stay united as strong as a fortress to win the anti-virus battle.
